This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and social support on the career maturity of students at SMKN 1 Rejotangan. The research background is motivated by the high unemployment rate among vocational high school (SMK) graduates, indicating students' low career readiness. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 116 eleventh-grade students selected through proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability.
